The Warehouse currently has five main areas of focus. They are our current programs, youth, adult, sports and the arts. Below are maps for current plans and programs, and also blueprints for our future plans.
The Event Room contains a large stage, PA system, and stage lights. This room can hold up to 500 people and can be rented out for events when available.
The multipurpose room contains three playgrounds, the Art Alive work area, and the main restrooms. This is also the entry way for The Warehouse, where the check in desk is located by the front doors. This room can be rented for events when available.
The offices for The Warehouse, YFC, Bloomington Center for Women's Ministries, and the Center for Women's Ministries Headquarters are all located in the office area. The Warehouse's offices are the first door on the left of the second floor.
The Trade Show space is nearly 90,000 ft². In addition to hosting trade shows, this space is also used during open hours for pickleball, tennis, and golf.
Our skate park is one of the largest indoor parks in the state, coming in at just under 32,000 ft². Our skate park has been open since March 2014 and is free and open to the public- just sign a waiver (or your parents, if you're under 18)
Currently we have one bouldering wall and a 16 foot tall bouldering cube. No Ropes are required and there is free climbing during open hours.
Our field turf area is surrounded by netting and big enough for indoor soccer or small football games.
We have two basketball courts and full size goals, balls are provided but it is recommended to bring your own.
Plans for our visual and musical arts program include an indoor/outdoor auditorium, concerts, and various types of training and classes for all.
Plans for our sports and recreation program include a full size basketball gym, indoor field turf for various sports, rock climbing/bouldering walls, Skate/BMX Park, weight room, group exercise classes, locker rooms and snack bar.
Plans for our adult program at The Warehouse include classrooms for tutoring and life skills, hands-on learning areas for home economics, mechanical/woodworking, art, and music. English As a Second Language and GED classes will likely be part of our offerings. There will also be a large meeting room and multiple breakout rooms for various club meetings and workshops, and an indoor walking mall.
Plans for our youth program at The Warehouse include free tutoring, computer labs, classrooms, specialized courses, and more.
